Always keep your TracFone turned "ON" and your Value Plan benefits (minutes and/or service end date updates) will be sent automatically to your TRACFONE on your payment date.
In the event that you did not receive your Value Plan benefits automatically, you can retrieve them manually:
- Please make sure that your TracFone is TURNED "ON"
- Go to www.tracfone.com, click 'MY ACCOUNT' (located in the upper right hand corner of the screen) then sign into your account.
- Click ACCOUNT SUMMARY.
- Click "YES" in the column marked "UPDATE" corresponding with the correct TracFone serial number. Then follow the instructions displayed on screen.
