Come and work for CELRE
Our ambitious growth plans require the appointment of a Participation Manager to help our new business customers submit their salary data in the right format and at the right time.

The successful candidate will become an expert in matching employers’ job levels, roles and responsibilities to CELRE’s standard definitions, and will be required to share that expertise with CELRE’s customers both over the phone and face-to-face. We expect the role to be split equally between the office in Sutton, Surrey and customers’ premises, so expect plenty of travel throughout the UK. A car allowance, laptop and Blackberry will be provided. The ideal candidate is probably an experienced HR professional, with some pay and benefits knowledge, looking for a new challenge in a commercial environment. We would also look favourably on applications from individuals already working within the salary survey sector.
