During the production and processing of ready-mix concrete, waste water is generated which mainly contains suspended and sedimental solids. These solids can be removed in a very fast and efficient way by the REDOX sedimentation systems. |

| The waste water can also contain fine particles that can be removed by the Mini-Batch system. In cooperation with REDOX Recycling Technology, offers REDOX Water Technology and also the concrete reclaimer. The REDOX concrete reclaimer is a compact system that washes separates and dewaters waste concrete and discharges the sand and aggregate separately. The REDOX concrete reclaimer system guarantees a perfect sand and aggregate purification effect with less than 0,5% remaining cement. Sand, aggregates and the concrete/ water mixture can be reused without problems.
