Most common traffic metrics
Most websites should be able to quote the following traffic stats
•  Page impressions
•  Visits
•  Unique users

These traffic stats will help you understand more about:
•  the size of the website’s audience
•  what the audience is doing on the website
•  the level of engagement the audience has with the site
Online ad performance stats
The performance of ads placed on websites can be measured by the click through rate (CTR)

To get an understanding of how well your advertisement has performed you can compare the CTR of your advertisement to industry average. Here is an article that will help you to benchmark your ad’s performance.
