Axel Heitmann Speed and trust the key to good management

For this month's ICIS CEO Opinion, Will Beacham, deputy editor of ICIS Chemical Business interviewed Axel Heitmann, CEO of Germany's LANXESS. The rubber, polymers and fine chemicals company, spun-off from Bayer, was recently judged as the ICIS Company of the Year. Heitmann talks of his management style and the strategy for the company.
