It's been a busy month once again in the logistics world. The lower house of the UK parliament has decided that the shipping industry is dragging its feet in terms of carbon dioxide emissions. The World Bank and a number of other high profile authors have issued a report which says that high transportation costs are holding Africa's development back. Meanwhile, the International Tank Container Organisation has produced a report looking at the energy efficiency of different transportation methods.
