Congratulations to winners of the EGi South Wales deals competition; Lambert Smith Hampton scooped the Most Active National Agent whilst Cooke & Arkwright was crowned the Most Active Regional Agent. Cardiff Office Agency League Table 2011

Congratulations to Fletcher Morgan, who achieved first place in the EGi Cardiff office disposal league table for 2011. The amount of space disposed of has declined since last year's table, but the number of deals has increased from 132 to 146, indicating that agents are having to work harder to get the fees in. Fletcher Morgan knocked Knight Frank off the top spot and down into fifth place.

The table was published in the Estates Gazette on 12th November and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Cardiff in the past year. 2009 to 2011 office disposals are compared in a chart below.
