Congratulations to Ryden , who achieved the first place in the EGi Edinburgh office disposal league table for 2011. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 12th March and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Edinburgh in the past year. 2008 to 2010 office disposals are compared in a chart below.

Congratulations also to winners of the EGi Edinburgh deals competition; Jones Lang LaSalle scooped the Most Active UK Agent whilst Ryden was crowned the Overall Most Active Agent. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year. Rankings by sector in the Edinburgh market can be seen below.
