Congratulations to Jones Lang LaSalle, who achieved the first place in the EGi Edinburgh office disposal league table for 2009. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 13th March and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Edinburgh in the past year. 2007 to 2009 office disposals are compared in a chart below.

Congratulations also to winners of the EGi Edinburgh deals competition; Ryden scooped the overall Most Active Agent whilst Jones Lang LaSalle was crowned the Most Active UK Agent. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year. Rankings by sector in the Edinburgh market can be seen below.
