Congratulations to Ryden, who achieved the first place in the EGi Glasgow office disposal league table for 2010. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 27th November and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Glasgow in the past year. 2008 to 2010 office disposals are compared in a chart below.

Congratulations also to winners of the EGi Glasgow deals competition; Jones Lang LaSalle scooped the Most Active National Agent whilst Ryden was crowned the Most Active Overall Agent. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year. Rankings by sector in the Glasgow market can be seen below.
