Congratulations to DTZ, who achieved the first place in the EGi Glasgow office disposal league table for 2009. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 28th November and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Glasgow in the past year. Within this newsletter you can find 2007 to 2009 office disposal league table charts for Glasgow. These examine leases and occupational sales by Sq ft.
Congratulations also to winners of the EGi Glasgow deals competition; Ryden scooped the Most Active Regional Agent whilst Jones Lang LaSalle was crowned the Most Active National Agent. This competition counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year and was based on EGi Research. Rankings by sector in the Glasgow market can be seen below.
