Congratulations to DTZ, who achieved the first place in the EGi Leeds office disposal league table for 2007. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 24th May. Congratulations also to winners of the EGi North & West Yorkshire deals competition; Lambert Smith Hampton was crowned the Most Active National Agent whilst Towlers scooped the Most Active Regional Agent title. This competition counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year and was based on EGi Research.
