Congratulations to CB Richard Ellis, who achieved the first place in the EGi Leeds office disposal league table for 2011. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 28th May and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Leeds in the past year. 2009 to 2011 office disposals are compared in a chart below.

Congratulations also to winners of the Leeds deals competition; King Sturge scooped the Most Active National Agent whilst Carter Towler was crowned the Most Active Regional Agent. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year. Rankings by sector in the Leeds market can be seen below.
