Congratulations to WHR Property Consultants , who achieved the first place in the EGi Manchester office disposal league table for 2011. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 26th March and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Manchester, Old Trafford and Salford Quays in the past year. 2008 to 2010 office disposals are compared in a chart below.

Congratulations also to winners of the Greater Manchester deals competition; King Sturge scooped the Most Active National Agent whilst Roger Hannah & Co was crowned the Most Active Regional Agent. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year. Rankings by sector in the Manchester market can be seen below.
