Congratulations to Savills, who achieved the first place in the EGi Manchester office disposal league table for 2009. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 20th March and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Manchester, Old Trafford and Salford Quays in the past year. 2007 to 2009 office disposals are compared in a chart below.
Congratulations also to winners of the EGi Manchester deals competition; Roger Hannah & Co scooped the Most Active Regional Agent whilst King Sturge was crowned the Most Active National Agent. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year. Rankings by sector in the Manchester market can be seen below.
