Congratulations to GVA Lamb & Edge, who achieved the first place in the EGi Newcastle office disposal league table for 2008. The table was published in the Estates Gazette on the 29th November.

Sanderson Weatherall was crowned the Most Active National Agent whilst Naylors Chartered Surveyors scooped the Most Active Regional Agent title. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year.
