Congratulations to DTZ, who achieved the first place in the EGi Cardiff office disposal league table for 2008. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 8th November. Congratulations also to winners of the EGi South Wales deals competition announced at the Estates Gazette Cardiff reception in September. Lambert Smith Hampton was crowned the Most Active National Agent whilst Fletcher Morgan scooped the Most Active Regional Agent title. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year.
