Congratulations to CB Richard Ellis, who achieved the first place in the EGi Birmingham office disposal league table for 2008. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 6th December. Congratulations also to winners of the EGi West Midlands deals competition announced at the Estates Gazette Birmingham reception in September. DTZ was crowned the Most Active UK Agent whilst Harris Lamb scooped the Most Active Regional Agent title. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year.
