Congratulations to CB Richard Ellis, who achieved the first place in the EGi Birmingham office disposal league table for 2010. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 6th November and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Birmingham in the past year. 2008 to 2010 office disposals are compared in a chart below.

Congratulations also to winners of the EGi West Midlands deals competition; DTZ scooped the Most Active National Agent whilst Harris Lamb was crowned the Most Active Regional Agent. This competition, based on EGi Research, counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year. Rankings by sector in the Birmingham market can be seen below.
