Congratulations to GBR Property Consultants, who achieved the first place in the EGi Birmingham office disposal league table for 2009. This table was published in the Estates Gazette on 17th October and was based on the amount of office sq ft let and sold in Birmingham in the past year. Within this newsletter you can find 2007 to 2009 office disposal league table charts for Birmingham. These examine leases and occupational sales by Sq ft.
Congratulations also to winners of the EGi West Midlands deals competition; Harris Lamb scooped the Most Active Regional Agent whilst DTZ was crowned the Most Active National Agent. This competition counted the number of all commercial property deals in the past year and was based on EGi Research. Rankings by sector in the Birmingham market can be seen below.
