Next sale taking place on 27th October 2009. We are now also accepting entries for our sale on 9th December 2009.

Our auction on 9th September provided us with a great start back after the Summer break. Our first instruction from A2 Dominion Housing, a previous hostel in Maidenhead itching for conversion, had generated a great deal of interest and led to an exciting bidding war, taking the property from a guide of £350,000 to a final selling price £415,000.

£415,000 seemed to be the figure of the day on 9th September with a second property achieving the same amount from a guide of £300,000. Another prime auction lot, the property is situated in a highly    desirable part of Hammersmith just by the River Thames, and viewing figures exceeded the 100 mark. The delighted vendors, through their solicitors Hubbard, Pegman & Whitney said the outcome had far exceeded their expectations.
